1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SupaChefs mobile application and website (the “Platform”), operated by Supa Labs, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

SupaChefs is an online marketplace that connects home chefs (“Chefs”) with customers (“Customers”) who wish to purchase homemade food. Supa Labs, Inc. acts solely as a platform intermediary — we do not prepare, cook, handle, or store food.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a resident of or operating within the Philippines, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Account Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Terms for Customers

When you place an order, you are making a direct purchase from the Chef. You are responsible for reviewing meal descriptions and allergen information. Payment is currently primarily handled via Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Terms for Home Chefs

Chefs are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and hygiene of the food they prepare. Chefs must comply with all applicable Philippine laws regarding home-based food businesses.
